When you work with Hosting, you can discuss the project specification, production and export arrangements directly with the elevator company. This helps keep technical details, quotation terms and delivery planning coordinated from the factory.
We design, build and test elevators in our own factory, so there is no middleman between you and production.
Load, speed, car size, finishes and controls are configured to your shaft and your brand, with OEM/ODM options.
Elevators are tested at the factory before shipping. CE certification documents are available on request.
Export packing, shipping documents and installation drawings for overseas sites, including projects requiring transit delivery to landlocked Tajikistan.

Ask us a questionThe equipment price depends on load capacity, travel height, number of stops, drive system and cabin configuration. Import shipment records for China-to-Tajikistan elevator shipments in 2025 show declared values ranging from approximately US$9,800 to US$56,400 per shipment. These figures are customs shipment records, not verified prices for one standard elevator, so they should not be treated as a fixed unit-price range. For an accurate quotation, buyers should request separate prices for the elevator equipment, packing, transportation, customs duties, installation and commissioning.
The factory quotation is only one part of the total project budget. Tajikistan buyers should also calculate export packing, inland transportation in China, international freight, cargo insurance, customs clearance, applicable import duties and taxes, local unloading, installation, electrical work and commissioning. Ask the supplier to provide an itemized FOB or CIF quotation and confirm which costs are excluded. Before signing the contract, have a local customs broker check the applicable tariff for the elevator's HS code rather than assuming a standard duty rate.
The complete delivery period includes manufacturing, inland transportation, border transit and customs clearance, so it should not be estimated from production time alone. As a practical planning basis, allow around 4–8 weeks for manufacturing after the technical drawings are approved, then confirm the current transport schedule with the freight forwarder. China–Tajikistan road freight arrangements have experienced permit-related interruptions, so buyers should request a written shipping route, estimated border-crossing time and contingency plan before making the order.
Buyers should confirm that the proposed elevator includes an emergency alarm, emergency lighting and a clearly defined passenger-rescue procedure. Where the project requires automatic passenger evacuation during a power failure, ask for an Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) and confirm its compatibility with the selected motor, controller and backup power arrangement. Do not assume that an ARD is included in the standard quotation: request its model, operating method, backup power capacity and test procedure in writing before production.
Yes, but the elevator must be selected according to the actual shaft and building conditions. Before ordering, measure the shaft width and depth, pit depth, overhead clearance, floor-to-floor heights, entrance width and available machine-room space. Send the measurements and building drawings to the supplier for a technical review. Do not order based only on the old elevator's rated capacity or number of floors, because differences in guide rails, door openings and controller layout may require structural modifications.
Hosting's elevator product range can be discussed for different building applications, including passenger elevators for residential and commercial buildings, machine-room-less (MRL) elevators where building space is limited, and hospital elevators for projects requiring larger cabins and stretcher access. The appropriate model depends on the building height, rated load, shaft dimensions, door arrangement and local project requirements. Tajikistan buyers should provide these details when requesting a quotation so that Hosting can confirm the suitable configuration and technical drawings for the project.
Before placing an order, request a recommended spare-parts list for the first 1–2 years of operation and identify the components with the longest replacement lead times. For a practical maintenance stock, discuss keeping commonly needed items such as door sensors, door rollers, contactors, relays, push buttons and selected controller components locally. The exact list must match the supplied elevator model. Also request part numbers, wiring diagrams, fault codes and remote troubleshooting instructions so that a local technician can identify the required component without waiting for repeated communication with the factory.
Before ordering, Tajikistan buyers should confirm in writing whether Hosting can provide installation guidance, technical documentation, remote troubleshooting, commissioning support and warranty assistance for the selected project. They should also clarify whether on-site installation will be carried out by Hosting personnel or a local qualified contractor, who will respond to emergency breakdowns, and who pays for technician travel and replacement-part shipping. A written service agreement should specify the warranty period, response procedure, spare-parts supply method and the responsibilities of both parties.
Send us your floors, load and shaft size. Hosting will recommend a configuration and send a quotation.
