Yes. Our residential elevators are designed to integrate seamlessly into your home. You can choose from a wide range of cabin finishes — including stainless steel, tempered glass, wood veneer, and custom laminates — as well as flooring, lighting, and handrail styles. Every cabin leaves our factory fully finished, with no secondary decoration needed after installation.

Our elevators are designed to blend naturally into your home's architecture. The shaft exterior can be finished to match your existing walls and doors, and our slim-profile designs require minimal structural modification. From the outside, it simply looks like another interior door — until you open it.

All of our residential elevators are manufactured to meet international safety standards including CE certification and ISO 9001 quality management. Each unit undergoes 200+ quality inspection checkpoints at the factory before shipment. Our elevators also comply with local building codes in the major markets we serve across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

The right elevator depends on your home's structure, the number of floors, available space, and your family's lifestyle needs. We offer traction, hydraulic, and machine-room-less (MRL) models suited for 2- to 5-story residences. Our engineers will assess your floor plan and recommend the most space-efficient and cost-effective solution for your specific home.

Our compact residential models can fit in a hoistway as small as 52" wide × 56" deep (for a standard 36" × 48" internal cab). For homes with very limited space, we also offer through-floor pneumatic models that require no traditional shaft at all. Our sales engineers will confirm the exact dimensions based on your chosen model and door configuration.

As the manufacturer, we control the entire production process. Standard residential models are produced and ready to ship within 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Custom finishes or special configurations may require 6–8 weeks. We coordinate directly with your local agent to schedule delivery and installation to align with your construction timeline.

For most residential projects, our certified installers complete the on-site work in 3–5 days, provided the hoistway, electrical supply, and pit are ready. We provide detailed pre-installation guides and work closely with your contractor to ensure the site is prepared correctly — minimizing delays and disruption to your home and daily routine.

Most of our residential traction and hydraulic models require a shallow pit of just 9"–12" below the lowest floor level — easily accommodated during construction or renovation. For existing homes where digging a pit is not practical, we offer pit-free and zero-pit models specifically designed for residential retrofits.
