Ask us a questionThe total cost depends on the elevator type, load capacity, number of floors, travel height, configuration, shipping, customs clearance, and installation. As a local market reference, elevator listings in Kazakhstan show prices of approximately KZT 6 million for some freight elevators and KZT 7.98 million for certain passenger elevators, while a reported Almaty benchmark for purchasing and installing an elevator is around KZT 14 million–18 million per unit. These figures are not direct quotations for Hosting products. For an accurate import budget, request a separate breakdown covering the factory price, export packaging, freight, customs duties, applicable 16% VAT in Kazakhstan in 2026, installation, and commissioning.
Elevators placed on the Kazakhstan market must meet the applicable EAEU requirements, particularly TR CU 011/2011 on elevator safety. Before shipment, ask the manufacturer to confirm the availability and applicability of the EAC conformity documents, elevator passport, operating and maintenance manuals, installation drawings, electrical schematics, and other technical documents required for the specific model. Documents should be available in Russian and/or the relevant state language where required. Do not assume that a CE certificate alone is sufficient for Kazakhstan customs clearance or local commissioning; confirm the exact certification route with your local certification body or customs broker before placing the order.
Hosting supplies passenger elevators, MRL passenger elevators, freight elevators, hospital elevators, panoramic elevators, home elevators, and escalators. Its freight elevator range includes standard capacities from 630 kg to 5,000 kg, while hospital elevator configurations are available with rated loads of approximately 1,600–2,000 kg. Passenger and freight elevator specifications can be customized according to building height, shaft dimensions, rated speed, number of stops, door arrangement, and intended use. This gives Kazakhstan distributors, contractors, and property developers options for residential buildings, commercial facilities, warehouses, factories, and healthcare projects.
Yes. Hosting provides project-based OEM/ODM customization, including elevator dimensions, rated load, drive system, door configuration, cabin finish, and other technical specifications. For an existing building, provide the shaft width and depth, pit depth, overhead clearance, floor-to-floor heights, total travel, number of stops, and available power supply before requesting a quotation. For example, freight elevator configurations can be customized for different platform sizes and loading methods. Ask Hosting to issue project-specific shop drawings for approval before production so that shaft mismatches and costly on-site modifications can be reduced.
Hosting indicates a typical production lead time of around 4–8 weeks for standard elevator configurations after the technical specifications and shop drawings are confirmed. Its freight elevator information gives approximately 4–6 weeks for standard configurations and 6–10 weeks for customized or special-order models. These periods cover manufacturing, not the entire delivery process to Kazakhstan. International transport, export procedures, border clearance, customs inspection, and inland delivery require additional time. Before signing the contract, ask for a written schedule showing drawing approval, production completion, shipment, estimated arrival, and site delivery dates.
Before ordering, request a complete spare-parts list with manufacturer references, part numbers, quantities, and recommended replacement intervals. Pay particular attention to traction machines, control boards, door operators, door sensors, inverters, safety components, and traction ropes. For each elevator, consider preparing a local stock of frequently replaced parts based on expected usage and the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations. The contract should also specify how long spare parts will remain available, how replacement components can be identified, and who handles technical support when a part fails. Do not rely only on a general promise of after-sales service; obtain a written spare-parts supply and support arrangement.
Hosting can provide manufacturing-related technical assistance and project support, but the local party responsible for emergency repairs and routine maintenance should be clearly appointed before the elevator is installed. Kazakhstan buyers should confirm whether their local elevator contractor will handle inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and statutory maintenance, while Hosting supports the contractor with technical documentation and component identification. The purchase agreement should define contact channels, response arrangements, warranty responsibilities, and the process for obtaining replacement parts. Unless a local service office or authorized service partner is confirmed in writing, buyers should not assume that Hosting has a technician permanently stationed in Kazakhstan.
Send us your floors, load and shaft size. Hosting will recommend a configuration and send a quotation.
