The price depends on the elevator type, load, speed, number of floors and finishes. Send us your floors, load and shaft size, and we will quote your exact configuration. We can quote on the price terms you need, for example FOB or CIF.
Production and shipping time depends on the model, the quantity and any customisation. We confirm it in the quotation. Tell us your target delivery date when you enquire so we can plan for it.
Yes. We configure the load, car size, speed, doors, finishes and control system to your shaft and your project, and we offer OEM/ODM options. Send your shaft width and depth, and the pit and overhead sizes if you have them.
Your customs broker will confirm the exact duty, VAT and paperwork for your project. We provide the shipping documents they ask for, such as the commercial invoice and packing list, and can supply technical documents and certificates for the elevator on request.
Elevators in Vietnam are inspected before they go into use, so please confirm the current requirements with your local inspection body. Tell us early which standards your project needs, and we will prepare the technical documents and test records to support the inspection.
Installation is agreed for each project. We provide installation drawings and instructions, and support your installer by video call and WhatsApp. Tell us whether you plan to use your own contractor or a local partner.
Tell us about the site, such as a coastal location, high humidity or outdoor exposure, and we will configure the elevator for it, for example with suitable finishes and ventilation. Vietnam's mains frequency is 50 Hz. We build to the voltage available at your site, so please confirm it with your electrical contractor.
We supply spare parts and can include a recommended spare-parts list with your order. For technical questions, our team supports you by WhatsApp, email and video call.
